Acer unveils ICONIA TAB A110

The new tablet is powered by Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system

PC maker Acer has introduced a new 7 inch ICONIA TAB A110, which is expected run Google's new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.

The Jelly Bean operating system enables easy access to user favorite apps and brings resizable widgets that automatically resizes to the space available on the screen.

ICONIA TAB A110 comes pre loaded with applications like Google Mobile Service: Gmail, Google+, Maps, Messenger, Play Store, Talk, YouTube and more.

It also includes Google Currents, a mobile app that lets users browse several free online magazines and top blogs all in one place.

Users can also enjoy easy-to-read magazine-like editions for high speed and offline reading.

Acer ICONIA TAB A110 is powered by a 1.2 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor, supported by 1GB of RAM and weighs less than 390g.

The new tablet features 8GB of onboard memory ,a Micro-SD card slot which allows extending memory up to 32 GB and sports a 2MP front-facing camera, which can also be used to lock and unlock the tablet via face recognition technology.
